摘要
通过楔形结构的方向舵蜂窝样件水平和竖立放置状态下数字射线透照后,对比观察单个蜂窝孔的积水影像分析,发现水平和竖立状态下透照的工件积水时结构轮廓图影像会有明显的差异性,可以作为楔形结构件的蜂窝积水识别的有效方法。结果表明,数字射线和红外热成像检测方法均能有效检查积水问题,红外方法更加快速、直观和高效。
By comparing the image analysis of water accumulation in a single honeycomb hole with that in the horizontal and vertical position of the rudder honeycomb sample,it is found that there are obvious differences between the image of the structure outline when the workpiece is water accumulation in the horizontal and vertical position,which can be used as an effective method for the recognition of water accumulation in the honeycomb of the wedge structure.The results show that the digital ray and infrared thermal imaging detection methods can effectively check the problem of water accumulation,and the infrared method is more rapid,intuitive and efficient.
