摘要
目的观察透明质酸喷雾对面部CO2点阵激光治疗后皮肤修护的临床疗效和安全性。方法自2019年6—7月,对收治的12例面部皮肤光老化患者行面部左右侧自身对照研究,比较其术前、术后的差异。全面部行超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗后,观察组即刻于左侧面部外用透明质酸喷雾,并用冰袋冷敷30 min;对照组即刻于右侧面部用冰袋冷敷30 min。然后观察患者面部水肿、疼痛感、红斑、烧灼感等炎症反应。分别于CO2点阵激光治疗前、治疗后即刻、0.5、1 h测定面部皮肤水分值和经皮水分丢失值。结果CO2点阵激光治疗后0.5 h,观察组水分含量明显高于对照组;CO2点阵激光治疗1 h后,两组经皮水分丢失值均明显上升。观察组在皮肤红斑、水肿程度恢复上明显好于对照组。结论外用透明质酸喷雾对CO2点阵激光治疗术后面部皮肤出现的不良反应有修护作用,能够满足临床上的修护需求。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of hyaluronic acid spray in the repair of skin after CO2 fractional laser treatment.Methods From June to July 2019,12 patients with facial skin photoaging underwent self-control study.The preoperative and postoperative differences between left and right face were compared.In the experimental group,the whole face was treated by CO2 fractional laser and hyaluronic acid spray was applied to the left face immediately.Then ice pack was applied for cold compress for 30 min.In the control group,the whole face was treated by CO2 fractional laser and the ice pack was immediately applied for cold compress of right face for 30 min.The inflammatory reactions such as edema,pain,erythema and burning sensation were observed.The skin moisture value and percutaneous moisture loss value was respectively measured before,immediately,30 min and 1 hour after laser treatment.Results The moisture content in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 30 min after laser treatment.The percutaneous moisture loss value of both groups was increased significantly at 1 hour after laser treatment.The recovery of erythema and edema in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion The hyaluronic acid spray could repair the adverse inflammatory reactions of skin after CO2 fractional laser treatment.The clinical application requirements was satisfied.
