摘要
帕金森病是一种神经系统变性疾病,具有发病率高、致残率高的特点。王亚丽教授着眼于肝肾不足、脑髓空虚为本,诸毒互结、肝风内动为标的病因病机,结合多年临床经验,以分期论治为特色治疗原则,即早期重治,以祛邪为要,中期攻补兼施,以防病进,晚期补虚为主,增效减毒。临床治疗效果突出且稳定持久,对帕金森病的治疗具有非常重要的意义。
Parkinson disease is a neurodegenerative disease with high incidence and disability.Professor Wang Yali focuses on the etiology and pathogenesis of liver and kidney insufficiency,brain marrow emptiness,multiple poisons interplay with each other and liver wind internal movement.She combines years of clinical experience with the characteristic treatment principle of staging treatment.Early treatment is to remove pathogenic;mid-stage treatment focuses on attack and supplement to prevent disease progression;late-stage supplementation treatment focuses on mainly to increase effect and reduce toxicity.The clinical treatment effect is outstanding and stable,which is of great significance for the treatment of Parkinson disease.
