摘要
氮杂氟硼二吡咯(Aza-BODIPY)是一类在长波长区域有强烈吸收的染料分子,其溴代衍生物是一类良好的光敏剂。通过系统研究利用NBS和液溴对氮杂氟硼二吡咯溴化的合成方法,发现溴素和NBS都能有效地溴化氮杂氟硼二吡咯或者其未配位前体氮杂二吡咯甲川,并且反应会选择性的先在2,6位引入溴原子,而当溴素过量时,能意外地选择性生成多溴代产物;比较了溴代氮杂氟硼二吡咯的光物理性质及其产生单线态氧性能,总结了溴原子在氮杂氟硼二吡咯位置上对其单线态氧性能的影响。
Aza-BODIPY,as a novel fluorescent dye,has strong absorption in the near-infrared region.Bromo-substituted Aza-BODIPYs have been used as promising photosensitizers.In this paper,several bromination methods for preparing Aza-BODIPYs were studied.An unusual multiple brominated Aza-BODIPY was synthesized and characterized.Photophsical and singlet oxygen generation properties of these Aza-BODIPYs were elaborated.
