摘要
BIM技术的快速发展与广泛应用,有效改善了建筑工程施工管理工作的实效性,并促使施工管理整体质量得到显著的提升。当前,在进行建筑工程项目施工管理期间,要加强对BIM技术的应用,不断优化施工管理流程,提高管理工作的效率与质量。文章首先对BIM技术的基本概念、特点以及BIM技术应用的重要意义进行探讨,并进一步研究BIM技术在建筑施工管理工作中的具体运用。
The rapid development and wide application of BIM technology have effectively improved the effectiveness of construction management,and promoted the significant improvement of overall quality of construction management.At present,during the construction management of construction projects,it is necessary to strengthen the application of BIM technology,constantly optimize the construction management process,and improve the efficiency and quality of management work.First of all,this paper discusses the basic concepts and characteristics of BIM technology and the significance of the application of BIM technology,and further studies the specific application of BIM technology in building construction management.
