消化内镜见习的必要性及教学法探讨 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨消化内科临床见习教学增加消化内镜见习的内容的必要性及教学法的选择。方法以148名临床医学三年级本科见习生作为研究对象,每位学生在消化内科病房及消化内镜室见习两次,分别采用“经典型”与“拓展型”的CBL教学法进行教学,结束后行调查问卷评估。结果在消化内科的见习教学中增加内镜室见习内容,无论采取“经典型”还是采用“拓展型”CBL教学法都有一定程度的帮助。在“总体评价”及“知识传授连贯性、知识传授全面性、理论联系实际的能力、提高分析解决问题能力及提高学习效率”这五个维度上,“经典型CBL教学法”的得分高于“拓展型CBL教学法”。见习学生建议的内镜室见习时间为:(45.50±29.07)分钟,与本次带教老师安排的30分钟间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论增加了消化内镜见习对消化内科见习教学是必要的,同时需进一步增加内镜室的见习时间,“拓展型CBL教学法”需要进一步改进具体实施方法。 Objective To explore the necessary and the choice of teaching methods when digestive endoscopy teaching was added in clinical probation of gastroenterology.Methods In this study,148 third-year clinical medical students were chosen as the research objects.Each student had two times of clinical teaching in the Department of Gastroenterology and digestive endoscopy room.“Classic CBL”and“extended CBL”teaching method were used respectively.After the teaching,questionnaires were issued for evaluation.Results When digestive endoscopy teaching was added in clinical probation of gastroenterology,both“classic CBL”and“expanding CBL”teaching method would be helpful to some extent.In general and in the five dimensions of"the continuity of knowledge transfer,the comprehensiveness of knowledge transfer,the ability of integrating theory with practice,the ability of analyzing and solving problems,the improvement of learning efficiency”,the score of“classic CBL teaching method”was higher than that of“extended CBL teaching method”.The suggested time of digestive endoscopy teaching by the students was(45.50±29.07)minutes,which was significantly different from the 30 minutes arranged by the teachers(P<0.001).Conclusion It was necessary to add the teaching of digestive endoscopy in clinical probation of gastroenterology.At the same time,we need to further increase the probation time in the endoscopy room,and the“extended CBL teaching method”should further improve the specific implementation methods.
