摘要
抑郁症是一种严重影响人类健康的常见情感障碍性疾病。目前的抗抑郁药物存在起效时间长、并非对所有患者有效以及不良反应多等缺点。在抗抑郁药物的研发和临床使用过程中充满了丰富的马克思主义哲学思维,处处体现着唯物辩证法的原理和观点。将哲学思维融入抗抑郁药物的研发和临床使用过程,可帮助医师和临床药师结合实际病情进行正确的药物选择和疗效判断,从而实现安全、有效、个体化的抑郁症治疗。
Depression is a common mental disorder that severely affects human health.Unfortunately,there are too many limits about the antidepressants clinically,including that not all depressed patients respond to existing antidepressants,and that months of treatment are usually required to produce a response,accompanied with the numberous adverse drug effects.During the process of development and clinical use of antidepressants,there is a wealth of Marxist philosophical thinking.The principle and viewpoint of materialist dialectics are embodied everywhere.It is rational for the clinicians and clinical pharmacists to integrate philosophical thinking into the development and clinical use of antidepressant drugs,which is helpful to select drugs more appropriately with regard to kind and dose,achieving a safe,effective,and individualized use of antidepressant.
