摘要
目的研究赖诺普利氢氯噻嗪片治疗轻中度原发性高血压患者的效果,为患者的临床治疗提供指导。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月接诊的320例轻中度原发性高血压患者进行研究,根据不同的治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各160例。对照组采用阿替洛尔片治疗,观察组采用赖诺普利氢氯噻嗪片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前、后的血压达标率、血压及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,观察组血压达标率明显高于对照组,舒张压、收缩压均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论赖诺普利氢氯噻嗪片治疗轻中度原发性高血压患者的效果显著,能降低舒张压、收缩压水平,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To study the effect of lisinopril hydrochlorothiazide tablet on patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension,and to provide guidance for clinical treatment of patients.Methods A total of 320 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected for the study.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 160 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atenolol tablet,while the observation group was treated with lisinopril hydrochlorothiazide tablet.The clinical effect,the blood pressure reaching standard rate and blood pressure before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure reaching standard rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lisinopril hydrochlorothiazide tablet has a significant effect on patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension,it can reduce diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
