摘要
针对本科生导师制存在的导师与学生之间沟通不足、考核机制不合理和缺乏激励机制等问题,提出优化教学体系,建立健全本科生导师制考核机制,构建师生双向互选的运行机制和创新实践的育人模式,促进新工科背景下本科生导师制对卓越工程创新人才的培养,实现教学科研和立德树人的交叉互融。
In view of problems such as lack of communication between teachers and students,lack of evaluation mechanism and related incentive system of undergraduate tutorial system,an optimal teaching system and a better assessment system for undergraduate tutorial system are proposed.The running mechanism of two-way mutual selection between teachers and students and the education model of innovative practice are constructed to promote the cultivation of outstanding engineering innovative talents by undergraduate tutorial system under the background of Emerging Engineering Education,and to realize the cross-integration of teaching and scientific research and moral education.
