摘要
研究生学生干部是高等学校高层次学生管理的骨干组成。他们兼有学生与管理者的双重身份,是高校思想政治教育管理队伍的一部分,是研究生“自我教育、自我管理、自我服务”的重要力量。基于心理契约视角的新型管理理念在高校研究生干部管理体系建设中发挥着重要作用。该文通过某高校学院研究生干部样本,分析管理体系特点及存在的问题,提出心理契约构建的四阶段模型,探索高校研究生干部激励管理方法。
Postgraduate cadres are the backbone of high-level student management in colleges and universities.They have the dual identities of students and administrators.They are part of the management team of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and an important force of postgraduates'"self-education","self-management"and"self-service".The new management concept based on the perspective of psychological contract plays an important role in the construction of the postgraduate cadre management system.This paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the management system of a sample of postgraduate cadres of a college,proposes a four-step model of psychological contract construction,and explores the method of incentive-based management for postgraduate cadres in colleges and universities.
