摘要
目的探讨运动康复+物理疗法对急性肩袖损伤患者屈关节、外旋关节活动度(ROM)的影响及其疗效。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月本院收治的急性肩袖损伤患者86例为研究对象,并将其随机分为两组,各43例,对照组采用物理疗法,研究组在对照组的基础上采用运动康复训练。比较研究对象的临床效果及关节功能。结果研究组的优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的肩关节功能、前屈ROM、外旋ROM以及满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用物理疗法联合运动康复治疗急性肩袖损伤患者,疗效确切,不仅可以缓解患者的疼痛程度,还能有效促进其尽快康复,值得在临床上被推荐。
Objective To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation and physical therapy on the flexion and extremity activity(ROM)of patients with acute rotator cuff injury and its curative effect.Methods 86 patients with acute rotator cuff injury admitted to our hospital from January 2016-December 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases each.The control group was treated with physical therapy.The study group was in the control group.Based on sports rehabilitation training.The clinical effects and joint function of the subjects were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The shoulder function,flexion ROM,external rotation ROM and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of physical therapy and exercise rehabilitation for patients with acute rotator cuff injury is effective,not only can relieve the pain level of patients,but also effectively promote their recovery as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
