莱钢异型坯单点非平衡浇铸的数值模拟 被引量:4

Numerical simulation study on single-point unequilibrium casting for beam blank in Laiwu Iron and Steel Company

摘要 采用FLUENT软件对莱钢超薄大断面异型坯直通型水口单点非平衡浇铸的流动、传热和凝固进行了耦合数值模拟,讨论了水口浸入深度、拉速和过热度等工艺参数对流场、温度场和凝固坯壳的影响。结果表明,水口浸入深度的影响较小,而拉速和过热度对浇铸侧窄面注流冲击、温度变化和凝固坯壳生长的影响较大。耦合数值模拟为实际生产工艺参数的制定提供了依据。 Aimed at the single-point straight nozzle casting of ultrathin and large section beam blank in Laiwu Iron and Steel Company,the coupled numerical simulation for the flow,heat transfer and solidification in the mould have been carried out by software FLUENT.And the effects of different immersion depth of the nozzle,casting speed and superheat on the flow field,temperature field and solidified shell are discussed.The results indicate that the effect of the immersion depth of the nozzle on them is very small,and the effects of the casting speed and superheat on them are greater.Especially,the impact of steel flow,temperature change and growth of solidified shell on the narrow surface of the pouring side are greatly affected by the casting speed and superheat.The results of this study can provide a basis for the optimization of process parameters in actual production.
