摘要
建设高校科技成果转移转化服务体系是促进科技成果转化的关键举措之一,对完善国家技术转移体系具有重要意义。上海高校技术转移服务体系建设起步早,体系相对比较完善,然而在新的发展形势下,高校科技成果创新产品力不够、高校成果转化考核指标体系有待完善、科技信息开放度不够、服务人才能力不够等问题仍然突出。文章主要介绍了上海高校技术转移服务体系建设现状,并针对建设过程中存在的主要问题,提出了现阶段发展上海高校技术转移服务体系的有效对策,以便更好地服务上海高校科技成果转化。
The construction of the service system for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities is one of the key measures to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,which is of great significance to the improvement of the national technology transfer system.The construction of technology transfer service system in Shanghai's universities started early and the system is relatively perfect.However,in the new development situation,the problems such as the innovation product strength of scientific and technological achievements in universities is not enough,the evaluation index system of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities needs to be improved,the openness of scientific and technological information is not enough and the ability to serve talents is not enough are still outstanding.This paper mainly introduces the current situation of the construction of technology transfer service system in Shanghai's universities,and in view of the main problems existing in the construction process,puts forward effective countermeasures to develop the technology transfer service system in Shanghai's universities at this stage,so as to better serve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Shanghai's universities.
