季冻区多指标水泥稳定碎石性能评价及级配优选 被引量:18

Performance evaluation and gradation optimal selection of multi⁃index cement stabilized macadam in seasonal frozen area

摘要 鉴于级配对水泥稳定碎石基层性能的显著影响,以强度、抗冻及抗裂性能为目标导向,针对季冻区水泥稳定碎石基层进行级配设计和优选。在水泥用量为5%时,对4个设计级配分别采用无侧限抗压强度试验、冻融循环试验、干燥收缩试验、温度收缩试验和回弹模量试验,分析级配类型对水泥稳定碎石基层各项使用性能的影响。综合考虑水泥稳定碎石的各性能指标,优选性能最佳的级配。研究结果表明:水泥用量一定时,级配对水泥稳定碎石的强度有较大影响,关键粒径比在一定范围内与水泥稳定碎石长期强度有较好的相关性;骨架结构的抗裂性明显优于悬浮结构;细集料含量多的级配抗裂性和抗冻性能差,回弹模量小;模糊综合评价法可在考虑多指标下对水泥稳定碎石进行级配优选。 In view of the significant influence of gradation on the performance of cement stabilized macadam base,the gradation design and optimal selection of cement stabilized macadam base in seasonal frozen area were carried out with the objectives of strength,frost resistance and crack resistance.When the content of cement is 5%,the unconfined compressive strength test,freeze-thaw cycle test,dry shrinkage test,temperature shrinkage test and resilient modulus test of the four design gradations were performed respectively.The effects of gradation types on the performance of cement stabilized macadam base were analyzed.Considering the performance indexes of cement stabilized macadam,the best gradation was selected.The results show that at the same cement content,the gradation has great influence on the strength of cement stabilized macadam,and within a certain range, the critical particle size ratio of thegradation has a better correlation with the long-term strength of cement stabilized macadam. The crackresistance of skeleton structure is better than that of suspension structure,while the gradation with highcontent of fine aggregate has poor crack resistance,frost resistance,and the small resilience modulus. Thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be used to choose the optimal gradation of cement stabilizedmacadam by considering multiple indexes.
