摘要
我国西北内陆地区水资源分配不均,采用跨区域调水是现阶段实现水资源调配的常用方法,通常调水工程是将水资源从丰沛区调至匮乏区。受水资源分布及工程造价等因素限制,对于某些水资源极端匮乏的地区,也可考虑从中或低丰沛地区进行调水。采取这种调水方式时,平衡调水区与受水区的整体生态平衡以及合理确定生态脆弱区水资源指标是工程实施的关键。基于引哈济党工程调出区苏干湖盆地地下水模拟模型,研究确定生态脆弱区水资源调配指标及输水方案,为生态脆弱区的调水工程提供了一种切实可行的水资源调配技术指标确定方法。
The distribution of water resources in the inland areas of Northwest China is uneven.The cross regional water transfer is a common method to realize water resources allocation at present.Generally,a water transfer is to transfer water resources from the abundant area to the deficient area.However,restricted by the distribution of water re sources and the cost of the project,some areas with extreme shortage of water resources can also be considered to transfer water from medium or low abundance areas.In this way,how to balance the overall ecological balance between the water transfer area and the receiving area,and how to determine the reasonable water resource index in the ecologically fragile area are the key to the implementation of the project.In this paper,a case study of water transfer project named Ha erteng to Dang River Project is introduced.Based on the groundwater simulation model of the Sugan Lake Basin,this study determined the water resource allocation index in the ecologically fragile area,and finally proposed reasonable water delivery schem es»which provides a feasible method for other water diversion project in the ecologically fragile area.
