摘要 提出一种自动适应负载变化与流量变化的液压平衡阀,对其工作原理和结构特点进行了详细论述,以额定流量40 L/min,对平衡阀的静态特性进行分析计算,新原理平衡阀通过流量在20~60 L/min、负载压力从0~32 MPa、控制压力稳定在0.97~1.03 MPa之间时,实现了在流量、负载较宽的变化范围内,平衡阀的控制压力为较小的定值。用MATLAB/Simulink对该平衡阀进行了仿真研究,结果表明,新原理平衡阀动态响应较快,可满足工程中对液压平衡阀的要求。由于大大降低了控制压力,对使用平衡阀的系统节能效果十分显著,拓宽了其使用范围。 This paper presents a hydraulic balancing valve that automatically adapts to changes in load and flow.The working principle and structural characteristics of the valve are discussed in detail.The static characteristics of the balancing valve are analyzed and calculated with a rated flow rate of 40 L/min.Through the flow rate of 20~60 L/min;and the load pressure from 0~32 MPa;the control pressure is stable between 0.97~1.03 MPa;to achieve a wide range of flow and load;the control pressure of the balancing valve is Smaller setting.The MATLAB/Simulink simulation study was performed on the balancing valve.The results show that the new principle of the balancing valve has a fast dynamic response and can meet the requirements of hydraulic balancing valves in engineering.Because the control pressure is greatly reduced;the energy saving effect on the system using the balancing valve is very significant;and the scope of its use has been widened.
