摘要
随着卫生保健领域质性研究论文数量的增加,对具有相似主题的质性研究结果进行系统评价和Meta整合体现出独特意义。该方法可提高研究结果的概括性,为卫生决策,特别是护理领域提供丰富的依据;该类论文可为深入开展以患者为中心的护理提供有意义的证据。本文主要介绍了质性研究Meta整合的方法及7个步骤,并结合实例进行深入分析。
As the number of qualitative studies-related articles increases in the field of health care,systema-tic reviews and Meta-synthesis to the results of qualitative studies with similar topics are of unique significance.By this way,the generality of findings can be improved and health decision-making can be provided with rich bases,especially in the field of nursing;besides,such articles can provide meaningful evidence for in-depth patient-centered care.In this article,qualitative study Meta-synthesis methods and 7 steps are mainly introduced in combination with examples.
