摘要
为提升船舶自动化系统核心器件的自主可控率,提出一种基于国产MCU(Micro Control Unit)的4~20 mA电流输出装置设计方案。该装置以国产的兆易创新GD32F407微控制器芯片作为主控芯片,外部设备配合数模转换器MAX5306,能通过软件配置任一通道的输入和输出参数,其中,输入为可配置CAN(Controller Area Network)报文,输出为可配置4~20 mA电流,且输入与输出呈线性关系。运行结果表明,该装置稳定性好,抗干扰能力和可复用性强,可为后续船舶自动化系统相关装置的开发和改进提供参考。
The design of a 4~20 mA current signal output device based on homemade MCU(Micro Control Unit)is presented.The main control chip is GD32F407,and the peripheral equipment is coupled via the DAC(Digital to Analog Converter)MAX5306.The inputs are CAN(Controller Area Network)messages,and the outputs are 4~20 mA current signals.The input and output parameters of channels are software configurable individually.The device offers good linearity and demonstrated good stability,strong anti-interference ability and reusability in practical operations.
