摘要 人工智能为医生提供了分析超声心动图图像的新工具,正在改变超声心动图的应用前景。随着算法的不断发展,人工智能、机器学习对大数据集的应用远超传统数据分析方法,在心血管成像领域具有很大潜力。将深度学习应用于大型图像存储库,识别分析集成图像的复杂关系和模式,有助于超声心动图评估心脏的结构、功能。目前,已有多个超声心动图软件采用人工智能技术,用于提高纵向应变和三维超声心动图的准确性和重复性。本综述介绍了人工智能目前在超声心动图技术中的应用,并讨论了其局限性和未来的发展方向。 Artificial intelligence(AI)is a new tool for clinicians to analyze echocardiographic images.AI has demonstrated great potential in the field of cardiovascular imaging.It is changing the prospect of echocardiography.With the development of algorithms,the application of large data sets by AI and machine learning is far superior to traditional analysis methods.It is helpful for echocardiographic assessment of cardiac structure and function with deep learning in large image repositories,particularly in the complex field and relationships of images analysis.Recently,some echocardiographic softwares have applied AI technology to improve the accuracy and repeatability of longitudinal strain and three-dimensional echocardiographic analysis.The review introduces the current application of AI in echocardiography,and discusses its limitations and future directions.
