停割前期不同凝固方式对天然生胶性能的影响及其生产应用初探

摘要 以热研-873为主要原材料,探讨不同凝固方式生胶的性能特征及其生产应用。结果表明:不同凝固方式生胶各项质量指标均符合标准橡胶的规格(GB/T8081-2018),其生胶性能存在一定差异。CaCl2凝固胶灰分含量、P0、门尼粘度、拉伸强度和硫化速度指数最高,其PRI最低;甲酸凝固胶PRI最高,P0、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和硫化速度指数最低;自然凝固、乙酸、微生物凝固所得橡胶P0接近;不同凝固方式VC硫化速度与正硫化时间成反比;CaCl2凝固胶和自然凝固胶的力学性能最好;微生物凝固胶较之对标物乙酸凝固胶性能指标优异,符合目前生产工艺调度,可考虑投入生产。 The properties of raw rubber with different coagulation methods were studied with the main materialas Reyan-873.The results showed that all the quality indexes of raw rubber with different coagulation methods could meet the specifications of standard rubber(GB/T8081-2018),but the properties of raw rubber were quiet different.The raw rubber coagulated with CaCl2 had the highest ash content,P0,Mooney viscosity,tensile strength and vulcanization speed index,but has the lowest PRI.The raw rubber coagulated with formic acid had the highest PRI,but had the lowest P0,tensile strength,tear strength,and vulcanization speed.The samples coagulated respectively with natural way,acetic acid,microorganism had the same P0.The vulcanization speed of raw rubber obtained by different coagulation methods were inversely proportional to the positive vulcanization time.The raw rubber coagulated with CaCl2 and with natural way had the best mechanical properties.Compared with acetic acid coagulation,the microbial coagulation method had better product properties,and better production adaptability,so it could be put into production.
