摘要
依托柳州白沙大桥空间扭转非对称独钢塔的设计、制造和安装,从不同角度、工艺措施、控制阶段、措施方案比选、检验和控制方法等方面进行分析和探索。运用质量控制PDCA流程和物联网及BIM等新技术,结合作业要点,并及早发现和消除线形控制风险点,实现了高空异形扭转结构的完美合拢,可为今后空间异形结构建造提供参考。
Based on the design,manufacture and installation of the space torsion asymmetric single steel tower of Baisha bridge in Liuzhou,this paper analyzes and explores from different perspectives,technological measures,control stages,comparison and selection of measures,inspection and control methods.By using PDCA process of quality control,Internet of things,BIM and other new technologies,combined with the key points of operation,the risk points of line shape control can be found and eliminated as early as possible,to achieve the perfect matching of high-altitude special-shaped torsion structure,which can provide reference for the construction of special-shaped space structure in the future.
