摘要
通过对C72DA胶管钢丝盘条拉拔起皮宏观形貌分析,找出与之对应的盘条表面缺陷。采用金相分析、扫描电镜分析和电子探针面扫描分析,确定了盘条表面缺陷为有根自生双层折叠状结疤。排查生产工序,确定了结疤产生的原因是加热炉出炉辊道悬臂辊基座凸台蹭伤钢坯,在轧制过程中演变为双层折叠状结疤,造成C72DA胶管钢丝盘条在拉拔过程中钢丝表面起皮。将悬臂辊伸入加热炉内并将长度调整到合适位置后,对加热炉外侧悬臂辊基座与地面之间进行加固,解决了悬臂辊向炉内窜动的问题,避免了胶管钢丝C72DA拉拔起皮缺陷的产生。
Based on macro analysis of C72 DA hose wire rod,the corresponding surface defects were found.Using metallographic analysis,SEM and electron probe surface scanning analysis,the surface defects were determined to be rooted and self-generated double-layer folded scars.Investigate production process and determine the causes of scars is that steel billet was scratched by heating roller cantilever roll base.the defects evolved into double-layer folded scars during rolling process,causing the steel wire surface to peel during drawing process.After adjusting cantilever roll into heating furnace to an appropriate position,the outer cantilever roll base of heating furnace and ground are reinforced to solve the problem of cantilever roll moving into furnace,the occurrence of skin defects of hose wire C72 DA is solved.
