摘要
独龙江隧道处于岩爆高发地段,隧道结构设计前需开展隧道岩爆模型试验,以便精准对岩爆程度进行评估。基于上述现状,开展隧道岩爆模型试验相似材料的研制工作,对隧道围岩岩爆成灾机理进行分析,析出了岩爆现象的控制参数:单轴抗压强度、抗压抗拉强度比值、冲击能量指数,选取石英砂、水泥、水、甘油作为隧道岩爆模型试验相似材料的原材料;采用以4种原材料含量为4个因素,以同一原材料的4个递变质量比为4个水平的正交试验法,展开对16组不同质量比的相似材料试件进行试验,测得每组试件的控制参数值,最终通过极差及方差析出重要影响因子:单轴抗压强度主要影响因子为石英砂含量,且呈负相关关系;抗压抗拉强度比值的主要影响因子为水泥含量,且呈正相关关系;冲击能量指数主要影响因子为水泥与水的含量,且均呈负相关关系。由以上试验结论分析得到独龙江隧道岩爆相似材料的最终配比,即石英砂、水泥、水、甘油质量比为75∶35∶20∶1。
The primary problem of Dulongjiang tunnel is the high incidence of rock burst. This paper proposes a scheme of rock burst model test before the design of tunnel structure,so as to accurately evaluate the degree of rock burst. Based on the above situation,the research on similar materials for rock burst model test of the tunnel was carried out,the mechanism of rock burst disaster of the tunnel surrounding rock was analyzed,and the control parameters of rock burst phenomenon were obtained as follows:the uniaxial compressive strength,the ratio of compressive strength to tensile strength and the impact energy index. Quartz sand,cement,water and glycerin were selected as the raw materials for similar materials model in rock burst test of the tunnel. Considering the content of the four kinds of raw materials as four factors,the orthogonal test method with the four progressive mass ratios as four levels for the same raw materials was used in carrying out on 16 groups similar materials tests. The corresponding control parameters were measured. Finally,the important influencing factors were determined through the range and variance analyses. Results show that the main influencing factor on uniaxial compressive strength is the content of quartz sand,giving a negative correlation. The main influencing factor on the ratio of compressive strength to tensile strength is the cement content,showing a positive correlation. The main influencing factor on the impact energy index is the cement and water content,illustrating a negative correlation. Based on the analysis of the above test results,the final recommended mass ratio of similar materials for Dulongjiang tunnel rock burst test is 75∶35∶20∶1.
