摘要 作为智能交通系统在高速公路领域的延伸,智慧高速公路的建设是实现"交通强国"的重要基础。从国内外智慧公路发展现状出发,结合上海市高速公路信息化发展现状,提出智慧高速公路建设与发展总体设想。明确其发展的愿景目标,制定分阶段、分项规划目标,基于目标设计一套符合上海特点的总体架构,总体思路为"1112N",1套实现高速公路全域、全量、全时、全要素的全息感知体系,1张"有线骨干网+5G无线"相融合的多元互补网络,1个跨层级、跨地域、跨系统、跨部门、跨业务的云数据中心,面向高速公路路网级和高速公路路段级的2级应用平台,针对管控、养护、应急、收费、车路协同、出行服务等N个高速公路业务应用。最后,根据上海市智慧高速总体架构,提出智慧设施、智慧决策、智慧管控、智慧服务及基础配套类等五大任务,对应各类任务提出15项细化建设任务,并对建设内容进行详细解析。 As an extension of the intelligent transportation system in the field of freeway,the construction of smart freeway is an important foundation for achieving the goal of"a country with strong transportation network".Starting from the currentsituation of domestic and foreign smart highways,combined with the development of highway informatization in Shanghai,this paper proposed a general vision for the construction and development.The vision and goals were clarified,phased and itemized planning goals were formulated,and a set of overall architecture conforming to the characteristics of Shanghai was designed based on the goals.The overall idea was known as"1112 N".A holographic sensing system,a multi-functional complementary network of"wired backbone network+5 Gwireless",a cross-level,cross-region,cross-system,cross-department and cross-business cloud data center were developed facing highway network level and project level platform,targeting highway business such as control,maintenance,emergency,toll,vehicle-road coordination and travel services.Finally,according to the overall architecture of Shanghai Smart Freeway,five tasks,smart facilities,smart decision-making,smart management,smart services and infrastructure supporting were proposed.In response to various requirements,15 detailed construction tasks were proposed,and the content was analyzed in detail.
