碘与甲状腺疾病的关系 被引量:11

摘要 碘是人体中必须微量元素之一,作为合成甲状腺激素的主要原料,在人体的生命活动中发挥重要作用。人体内碘主要从饮水及食物中获取,碘的摄入量不仅对甲状腺激素的合成与分泌有至关重要的影响,而且与甲状腺相关疾病发病率密切相关。碘缺乏可导致甲状腺结节、地方性甲状腺肿大、甲状腺功能亢进等疾病发生,而碘过量则会引发自身免疫性甲状腺炎、甲状腺功能减退、甲状腺肿大等相关疾病,碘缺乏和碘过量均会引起甲状腺癌的发生,但是有病理学类型的差异。因此应当科学补碘,做到碘适宜。 As the main raw material for the synthesis of thyroid hormones,iodine plays an important role in the body’s life activities and it is one of the essential trace elements.Iodine is mainly obtained from drinking water and food.Iodine intake not only has a crucial influence on the synthesis and secretion of thyroid hormones,but also is closely related to the incidence of thyroid-related diseases.Iodine deficiency may cause diseases such as thyroid nodules,endemic goiter,and hyperthyroidism,while iodine overdose can cause autoimmune thyroiditis,hypothyroidism,goiter and other related diseases.Iodine deficiency and overdose can cause thyroid cancer,but there are differences in pathological types.Therefore,iodine should be scientifically supplemented and suitable for iodine.
