摘要
干燥综合征的中医辨治近年来多从津液亏损、气血虚少、阴虚致燥、瘀血致燥、燥毒内盛、肝肾阴虚、津枯液涸入手,辨证分型不离阴亏虚,燥邪盛,津不足等,从肝肾、从脾胃、从瘀、从内燥等范畴治疗多有疗效,但有疗效不显者,凡阳气虚衰气化不利气不布津或阴寒阻滞气机失畅或水液不行津不上承或中焦脾土阳虚不伏火或元阳不足水寒不藏龙,逼真火浮游于外或水火不济,火不归元或命门虚损,相火不潜,日久煎熬阴津致龙雷之火上燔而出现阴燥证,宜温阳固本,化气生津让机体阴阳和合,恢复平衡,取得疗效,为临床治疗干燥综合征提供新思路。
In recent years,the TCM treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome mainly starts from the deficiency of body fluid,deficiency of Qi and blood,dryness caused by Yin deficiency,dryness caused by blood stasis,excessive dryness and toxin,deficiency of liver and kidney yin,dryness caused by dry fluid,etc.the dialectical classification of Sjogren’s syndrome is inseparable from the deficiency of Yin,excess dryness and deficiency of Tianjin,and the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome is mostly effective from the aspects of liver and kidney,spleen and stomach,stasis and dryness,but the effect is not obvious,Where Yang Qi deficiency and decline,gasification is disadvantageous,Qi does not distribute,or Yin cold blocks,Qi mechanism is not smooth,or water and fluid are not able to carry on,or the spleen and soil are in the middle of scorch,Yang does not lie on fire,or Yuan Yang is not enough,water and cold do not hide dragon,lifelike fire floats on the outside or water and fire is not enough,fire does not return to the original or life gate is not damaged,phase fire does not dive,and the long-term burning of yin and fluid leads to the burning of fire on Dragon and thunder,which leads to Yin dryness syndrome,it is advisable to warm yang and consolidate the root,and turn Qi into fluid to make It can provide new ideas for clinical treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.
