摘要
介绍了山钢日照2050mm热连轧生产线概况。针对供冷轧QP980高强钢用热轧薄规格原料生产中存在中间坯温降快、轧制过程稳定性差、易甩尾、板形难以控制、轧机振动等问题,对生产过程中各工序进行了工艺优化,提出了轧制计划编排、铸坯尺寸及加热制度优化以及粗轧提速、精轧负荷分配、水系统控制、精轧温度控制、侧导板开口度设定、卷取冷却控制及张力设定等的具体措施,实现了薄规格QP980高强钢的稳定生产。
An overview of the 2050mm hot continuous rolling line in Rizhao of Shansteel was introduced.Aiming at the problems of rapid temperature dropping of slab,bad rolling stability,strip back-end swing,difficult strip shape control,rolling mill vibration,etc.during thin gauge strip hot rolling for cold rolled Q980product,the processes of the production were optimized.Some specific measures were put forward about rolling schedule laying out,slab size and heating scheme optimizing,roughing rolling speed increasing,finishing rolling load distribution improving,finishing water system controlling,finishing rolling temperature controlling,side guide opening setting,coiling and cooling controlling and tension setting,etc.Based on these,thin gauge QP980 high strength steel strip stable production was realized.
