摘要 针对连续梁拱应用现状及技术特点,结合郑万铁路河南段控制性工程赵河镇跨南水北调干渠连续梁拱桥施工,通过对连续梁拱拱肋施工方案进行技术、经济比选,总结出异位拼装顶拉就位施工工艺流程.针对异位拼装的技术特点,对拱脚设计及施工配合、异位拼装支架设计和拱肋吊装、顶拉滑移系统设计等关键技术进行研究,并结合工程实践及心得体会,对连续梁拱施工方案选择和纵移施工技术提出几点建议,供类似工程参考. In combination with the construction of continuous beam arch bridge in Zhaohe Town across the South-to-North Water Diversion trunk canal in a control project of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway in Henan section,this paper summarized the construction process flow of non-in-situ assembling and jacking in place by comparing the construction scheme of continuous beam arch rib in terms of technology and economy,and considering the application status and technical characteristics of continuous beam arch.According to the technical characteristics of non-in-situ assembly,the key technologies such as arch foot design and construction coordination,non-in-situ assembly support design and arch rib hoisting,jacking and sliding system design,were studied.Then,combined with the construction practice and experience,some suggestions were put forward for the selection of construction scheme and longitudinal construction technique of continuous beam arch,which can provide reference for similar projects.
