摘要
现浇连续梁桥0#块底模施工是保证0#块施工质量的控制要点之一.消除非弹性变形、测定结构的弹性变形值从而确定立模标高,使得施工偏差和定位符合规范及设计要求,以确保施工质量.本文通过对连续梁0#块支架和底模施工过程进行模拟并结合现场实际施工操作,分析影响0#块底模板标高的控制因素,根据分析结果采取有效的控制及调节措施,以实现0#块底模板标高的精确控制.
The construction of segment No.0 bottom formwork of cast-in-place continuous beam bridge is one of the key points to guarantee the construction quality of segment No.0.By eliminating the inelastic deformation and measuring the elastic deformation value of the structure,the formwork elevation is determined,so that the construction deviation and positioning can meet the requirements of the specification and design and the construction quality is ensured.On the basis of simulating the construction process of segment No.0 support and bottom formwork of continuous beams and combining with the actual construction operations,this paper analyzed the control factors that affected the elevation of segment No.0 bottom formwork,and took effective control and adjustment measures based on the analysis results,for the purpose of achieving the accurate control of the elevation.
