摘要
城市发展与轨道交通建设相互影响,轨道交通作为一种高速便捷的公共交通模式,已被广泛运用于中国多个大城市并对城市发展、人类生活产生显著影响。本研究基于廊道效应、TOD理论和城市触媒理论,在对福州市地铁1号线站点周边土地利用进行遥感解译和实地调研的基础上,将站点分为4类,指出目前站点周边土地利用开发存在的问题;构建了“宏观-中观-微观”三维度优化框架,提出不同层面下的优化对策,以期为福州市未来的地铁建设以及为其他城市相似地铁站点的发展提供参考。
Urban development interacts with rail transit construction.As a high-speed and convenient public transport mode,rail transit has been widely used in many big cities in China and has a significant impact on urban development and human life.Based on the corridor effects,TOD theory and urban catalyst theory and field investigation on the construction of Fuzhou Metro Line 1,this research divided the stations into four categories,pointed out the existing problems of land use development around the stations,constructed a three-dimensional optimization framework of“macro-meso-micro”,and put forward optimization strategies at different levels,with a view to provide reference for the future construction of Metro in Fuzhou and the development of other similar cities and Metro stations.
