摘要
目前我国可用于工程建筑的河砂储量资源正在逐渐减少,研究如何将海洋中储量巨大的海砂资源应用到工程建设中具有十分重大的社会现实意义。由于海砂中含有大量的氯离子,而氯离子对钢筋有极强的腐蚀作用,在氯离子的腐蚀下,钢筋很容易丧失工作性能,所以海砂不能用于一般钢筋混凝土建筑。而镀锌钢筋由于其优异的耐蚀性能,能够有效地避免氯离子腐蚀现象的出现。通过把镀锌钢筋埋设在砂浆试块里进行研究,而不是在混凝土模拟孔隙液中挂片进行研究,能够更真实地反映镀锌钢筋在海砂试块中的腐蚀行为。通过对海砂和河砂砂浆试块中的镀锌钢筋的电化学阻抗谱进行研究,结果表明,在长达近一年的试验中,镀锌钢筋在海砂砂浆试块中表现出了优异的耐蚀性能。
Nowadays,the river sand reserves of China available for engineering construction has been gradually decreasing.It was of great social practical significance to study how to apply sea sand resources with huge reserves in the ocean to engineering construction.Because sea sand contained a large amount of chloride ions and chloride ions had a strong corrosive effect on steel bars,and under the corrosion of chloride ions,steel bars easily lost their working performance,sea sand cannot be used for general reinforced concrete buildings.The hot-dip galvanized steel bar can effectively prevent the occurrence of chloride ion corrosion due to its excellent corrosion resistance.In this experiment,the galvanized steel bars were researched by being embedded in the mortar test block,instead of being embedded in the concrete simulation pore fluid,it can more truly reflect the corrosion behavior of the galvanized steel bars in the sea sand test block.The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy study of galvanized steel bars in sea sand and river sand mortar test blocks showed that the hot-dip galvanized steel bars had excellent corrosion resistance in the sea sand mortar test blocks for nearly one year of experimental time.
