摘要
在检测水质时为了测定水体中含有的有机化合物含量,需要对需氧量(CODMn)进行检测,从而间接的表达出有机化合物的含量,它是检测水质的指标之一。水质问题已经收到了全球范围的关注,影响着居民健康状况。在工业化发展进程当中,尤其是皮革制作过程中产生的废水使我国的水质受到了污染,废水、染料以及药物等有机物的含量超标,对水质的检测变为重中之重。为此文章分析了对水体中化学需氧量的各种测定方法,从国内外的角度来阐述,对滴定法和光谱法中各项分析方法的测定原理、具体的操作、方法特点等进行了阐述,从而为水质检测提供理论依据。
In order to determine the content of organic compounds contained in a water body during the detection of water quality,it is necessary to detect the oxygen demand(CODMn)to indirectly express the content of organic compounds.It is one of the indicators for detecting water quality.Water quality issues have received worldwide attention,affecting the health of residents.In the process of industrialization development,especially the waste water generated during the leather production process has polluted our water quality.The content of waste water,dyes and medicines exceeds the standard,and the detection of water quality has become the top priority.To this end,the article analyzes various methods for determining the chemical oxygen demand in water,from the perspective of domestic and foreign,elaborated on the determination principle,specific operation and method characteristics of each analysis method in titration and spectrometry Elaborate to provide a theoretical basis for water quality testing.
