环保型充油胶SBR1730的制备及性能研究

摘要 研究了单体配比对基础胶结合苯乙烯含量及聚合反应速率的影响、相对分子质量调节剂加料份数对基础胶门尼黏度的影响,考察了填充油的乳化掺混工艺,确定了SBR1730合成工艺条件,进行产品性能研究。结果表明,环保型充油胶SBR1730具有优异的综合性能。 The influence of monomer poportion on the content of styrene and the polymerization rate was investigated.The effect of the relative molecular weight regulator on the Mooney viscosity was investigated.The emulsification and blending technology of filling oil was also studied.The synthesis process of SBR1730 was determined.The product performance was studied.The results showed that environment-friendly oil-extended butadiene-styrene rubber SBR1730 had excellent comprehensive performance.
