摘要
为提高焦炉煤气制备甲醇的产量,降低制备成本,在概述焦炉煤气制备甲醇工艺的基础上,对精馏工艺装置和甲醇合成系统的工艺现状进行分析,并采用更换高效吸油剂和一级加氢催化剂的思路对精馏工艺装置进行改造,增加补碳系统对甲醇合成系统进行优化。
In order to increase the output of methanol production from coke oven gas and reduce the cost of preparation,based on the overview of the process of methanol production from coke oven gas,the status quo of the rectification process and methanol synthesis system is analyzed,and the idea of replacing high-efficiency oil absorbent and primary hydrogenation catalyst is adopted to reform the rectification process and increase the carbon supplement system to optimize the methanol synthesis system.
