摘要
随着中国人口老龄化程度的加剧,老年群体酒精依赖的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。酒精依赖的发病与生物、心理、社会因素密切相关,这些因素相互交叉、相互影响、互为因果,共同导致个体出现酒精依赖的问题。老年群体酒精依赖的发病机制与其他群体有所不同,由于老年酒精依赖患者具有独特的生理、心理及社会特征,更需要家人与医务人员的关怀照顾,合理的心理干预措施对老年酒精依赖患者的治疗及康复具有重要意义。老年群体酒精依赖已经成为一个常见又隐蔽的医学和社会问题,并且一直缺少有效的治疗和防止复饮的途径。此文对近年老年群体酒精依赖的发病机制及心理干预措施的研究进行总结,旨在为老年群体酒精依赖的早期预防和有效治疗提供理论参考和实践依据。
With the aging of China’s population,the incidence of alcohol dependence in the elderly population has been increasing year by year.The pathogenesis of alcohol dependence is closely related to biological,psychological and social factors,which cross,influence and cause each other,leading to the problem of alcohol dependence.Due to the unique physical,psychological and social characteristics of the elderly,the pathogenesis and psychological interventions of alcohol dependence are different from other groups,more needs the care of family and medical staffs.Reasonable psychological intervention measures are of great significant to the treatment and rehabilitation of elderly patients.At present,alcohol dependence in the elderly has become a common and hidden medical and social problem,and it has been a lack of effective ways to identify and treat it.This article summarizes the pathogenesis and psychological interventions of alcohol dependence in the elderly in recent years,and aims to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for the early prevention and effective treatment of alcohol dependence in the elderly.
