摘要
目的了解新疆生产建设兵团第八师医疗机构消毒状况,掌握影响医疗机构消毒效果的主要原因,为医疗机构消毒监督监测工作提供科学依据。方法依据《医院消毒卫生标准》《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》和《消毒技术规范》对医疗机构空气、物体表面、医务人员手、使用中消毒液及治疗用水进行检测和评价。结果 2015-2016年共检测医疗机构样品2 192份,消毒合格数为2 058份,合格率为93.89%;2016年消毒合格率(92.11%)低于2015年(95.45%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.594,P<0.05);监测项目中,治疗用水的消毒合格率最低(71.64%);市区医疗机构的消毒合格率(93.70%)低于团场(94.11%);不同类别医疗机构中,诊所的消毒合格率最低(90.88%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.205,P<0.05)。结论医疗机构消毒质量有波动,要重点加强诊所的消毒监督监测,重视消毒管理工作,加强医务人员消毒技术的培训,持续改进医疗机构的消毒效果。
Objective To understand the disinfection status of the medical institution of the eighth division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and master the main reasons affecting the disinfection effect of medical institutions,provide scientific basis for disinfection supervision and monitoring of medical institutions.Methods In accordance with Hospital Disinfection Hygiene Standards,Hospital Cleansing Department Building Technical Specifications and Disinfection Technical Specifications,the air of medical institutions,the surface of objects,the hands of medical personnel,disinfectants in use and therapeutic water were detected and evaluated.Results From 2015 to 2016,a total of 2 192 samples of medical institutions were tested,and the number of qualified disinfectants was 2 058,with a pass rate of 93.89%.The disinfection rate in 2016(92.11%) was lower than that in 2015(95.45%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.594,P<0.05).In the monitoring project,the disinfection rate of treatment water was the lowest(71.64%).The disinfection rate of urban medical institutions(93.70%)was lower than that of the group(94.11%).Among the different types of medical institutions,the disinfection rate of clinics was the lowest(90.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=14.205,P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of disinfection in medical institutions is fluctuating,and it is necessary to focus on strengthening disinfection supervision and monitoring in clinics,pay attention to disinfection management,increase the training of medical personnel disinfection technology,and continuously improve the disinfection effect of medical institutions.
