摘要
本文研究了含V低密度钢在不同温度退火并经不同时效温度和时间处理得实验钢的组织演变及力学性能变化规律.结果表明,含V低密度钢经退火和时效处理后,显微组织主要为奥氏体γ、铁素体α、高温铁素体δ以及细小的含V析出物.随时效前退火温度的升高,晶粒尺寸增加,晶界和晶内析出物减少,材料强度降低,晶粒的粗大和晶界析出物引发的受力不均,使塑性先升高后下降;随时效温度升高,晶内和晶界析出物均增加,析出强化作用增强,材料强度升高,晶界处析出物造成的变形不均匀降低了塑性.
The microstructure and mechanical properties of V-bearing low density steel after annealing and aging at different temperatures and times were studied in this paper.The results show that the V-bearing low density steel after annealing and aging treatments mainly consists of austenite γ,ferriteα,high temperature ferrite δ and fine V-containing precipitates.With increasing annealing temperature before aging,the grain size increases and the number of intergranular and intragranular precipitates decreases,leading to decreased material strength.The plasticity of the material increases first then decreases due to the coarse grain and precipitates at grain boundaries,which cause uneven deformation.With increasing annealing temperature,both intergranular and intragranular precipitates decreases,leading to increased material strength due to enhanced precipitation hardening.The plasticity decrease because of the intergranular precipitates,which causes uneven deformation.
