摘要
目的探讨人工全膝关节置换术对老年重度膝关节骨性关节炎患者VAS、 HSS评分的影响。方法选取我院2015年7月至2018年7月收治的58例老年重度膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为两组各29例。对照组采用药物治疗,观察组采用人工全膝关节置换术治疗。比较两组的疼痛程度(VAS评分)、膝关节功能(HSS评分)以及生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组, HSS评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能、环境功能、综合功能评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论人工全膝关节置换术治疗老年重度膝关节骨性关节炎患者效果显著,可有效提高膝关节功能,缓解疼痛程度,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of total knee arthroplasty on VAS and HSS scores of elderly patients with severe knee osteoarthritis.Methods 58 cases of elderly patients with severe knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medicine,while the observation group was treated with total knee arthroplasty.The pain degree(VAS score),knee joint function(HSS score),and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the HSS score was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of social function,physical function,psychological function,environmental function and comprehensive function of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Total knee arthroplasty has significant effect in the treatment of elderly patients with severe knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively improve the knee joint function,relieve pain degree and improve quality of life.
