摘要
目的探讨甘姜苓术汤加味治疗寒湿腰痛的疗效。方法选择2018年1月至2019年8月期间我院收治的52例寒湿腰痛患者,根据治疗方式分为两组各26例。常规组给予常规治疗,甘姜苓术汤组在常规治疗基础上加用甘姜苓术汤加味治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、腰椎疼痛程度以及复发情况。结果甘姜苓术汤组的治疗总有效率为96.15%,显著高于常规组的76.92%(P <0.05)。甘姜苓术汤组疗程结束后和治疗后3个月的腰椎疼痛VAS评分均显著低于常规组(P <0.05)。随访6个月,甘姜苓术汤组的腰痛复发率为3.85%,显著低于常规组的30.77%(P <0.05)。结论甘姜苓术汤加味治疗寒湿腰痛疗效可靠,预后良好,复发风险较低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of modified Ganjiang Lingshu decoction in the treatment of cold-dampness lumbago.Methods 52 patients with cold-dampness lumbago admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected and equally divided into two groups according the treatment methods.The regular group received regular treatment,and the Ganjiang Lingshu decoction group was treated with modified Ganjiang Lingshu decoction on the basis of regular treatment.The clinical efficacy,degree of lumbar pain and recurrence were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the Ganjiang Lingshu decoction group was 96.15%,significantly higher than 76.92%in the regular group(P<0.05).At the end of treatment course and at 3 months after treatment,the VAS scores of lumbar pain in the Ganjiang Lingshu decoction group were significantly lower than those in the regular group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of lumbago in the Ganjiang Lingshu decoction group was 3.85%,significantly lower than 30.77%in the regular group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Ganjiang Lingshu decoction in the treatment of cold-dampness lumbago has reliable efficacy,good prognosis and low risk of recurrence,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
