摘要
为分析影响合成营城市进攻战斗中的静态因素,采用基于灰色层次分析法的重型合成营城市进攻作战效能评估。从情报获取、装备性能和指挥协同3个方面建立评价指标体系和评估模型,利用层次分析法确定各级评价指标的权重,根据评价结果分析出如何提高该作战单元的整体作战效能。结果表明:该方法能避免许多不确定因素和人为因素造成的不利影响,使评估结果更加可靠准确。
In order to analyze the static factors affecting the urban offensive,the gray analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the offensive combat effectiveness of heavy combined battalion.The evaluation index system and evaluation model are established from 3 aspects:intelligence acquisition,equipment performance and command coordination.The weight of each level of evaluation indicators are determined by the analytic hierarchy process.According to the evaluation results,how to improve the overall operational effectiveness of the combat unit is analyzed.The results show that the method can avoid the adverse effects caused by many uncertain factors and human factors,making the evaluation results more reliable and accurate.
