摘要
采用SLS激光烧结的模型与熔模精密铸造相结合的方法成型单件或小批量钛合金叶轮。本文对激光烧结的叶轮模型的制备、型壳制备、脱蜡、熔炼浇注等方面开展了研究。结果表明采用激光烧结的模型制备时间短、成本低;浇注出的铸件表面无裂纹、冷隔、化学粘砂等缺陷,内部无裂纹、夹渣缺陷。铸件的化学成分达到标准要求。
A single-piece or small-batch titanium alloy impeller is formed by a combination of SLS laser sintering model and investment precision casting.In this paper,the preparation of the laser sintered impeller model,the preparation of the shell,the dewaxing,and the smelting casting are studied.The results show that the laser sintering model has short preparation time and low cost;the casting surface has no defects such as cracks,cold insulation,chemical sand sticking,and no cracks or slag inclusions inside.The chemical composition of the casting meets the standard requirements.
