摘要
结合我校材料成型及控制工程专业(铸造方向)的专业优势,针对当前重点培养适应区域经济发展需要的应用型高级专门人才培养模式的建设,积极探索出基于铸造实验室开放平台、着力提高学生的综合创新能力,并将产教研与校企合作融合协同发展的应用型创新人才培养模式。结合我校铸造实验室开放平台自身的建设、管理、学生创新实践能力培养,知识产权意识和校企合作的创新模式,与当前新工科背景课程思政教学模式契合,本文分别从铸造实验室的现状、实验室开放平台的构建以及怎样进行制度保障等方面进行阐述其培养模式,为我校应用创新型人才的培养及地方服务实现了有益的探索和实践,并取得一定成效。
Taiyuan University of Science and Technology Jincheng Campus focuses on the intelligent manufacturing,resource and energy,and intelligent application discipline clusters in terms of talent cultivation and application;combined with the professional advantages of our school′s material molding and control engineering specialty(casting direction),it focuses on the current key training to meet the needs of regional economic development.The construction of an application-oriented advanced specialized talent training model has actively explored an application-oriented innovative talent training model based on an open platform of foundry laboratories,focusing on improving students’comprehensive innovation capabilities,and integrating production,education,research,and school-enterprise cooperation.Combining the construction and management of the open platform of our foundry laboratory,the cultivation of students′innovative and practical ability,the intellectual property awareness and the innovation model of school-enterprise cooperation,which are consistent with the current ideological and political teaching model of the new engineering background curriculum.The current situation,the construction of an open laboratory platform and how to guarantee the system,and other aspects of its training model are explained,which has realized useful exploration and practice for the cultivation of innovative talents and local services in our university,and has achieved certain results.
