摘要
针对航摄仪体积质量过大对轻小型无人机作业效率、巡航速度、续航时间等产生的不利影响,提出一种轻小型三线阵航摄仪摆扫机构,建立了摆扫机构整机有限元分析模型,分析了其结构力学特性。结果表明,摆扫机构整机第一阶固有频率为168.85 Hz,且固有频率避开了振源激振频率;在过载工况下,最大变形为0.09 mm,最大应力值小于铝合金(2A12)的抗拉强度390 MPa;机载振动环境下摆扫机构的最大应力和最大变形结果均能满足系统指标的要求。
Too much volume and mass of the aerial camera will have adverse effects on the operation efficiency,cruise speed,endurance time and other aspects of the small and light UAV.This paper proposes a small and light three line array aerial camera swing sweep mechanism.The finite element analysis model of the whole swing sweep mechanism is established and its structural mechanical characteristics are analyzed.The results show that the first natural frequency of the whole swing sweep mechanism is 168.85 Hz,and the natural frequency avoids the excitation frequency of the vibration source.Under the overload condition,the maximum deformation is 0.09 mm,and the maximum stress value is less than 390 MPa of the tensile strength of aluminum alloy(2A12);The maximum stress and the maximum deformation results of the swing sweep mechanism under the airborne vibration environment can meet the requirements of the system index.
