摘要
以陶瓷刀具铣削航空难加工材料镍基高温合金GH4169时获取的加工表面形貌为研究对象,以工程现场常用铣削参数为正交实验分析数据,对比分析了各组工艺参数下的工件表面形貌,优选出了获取最佳表面形貌时的切削工艺参数,并进行了实验验证;为加工工件表面形貌的横向纹理建立数学模型,通过实验验证了模型的正确性,为该材料在航空航天领域关键零部件的切削成型技术提供了实验依据与数据支撑,具有重要的工程指导意义。
This paper takes the machining surface morphology obtained by milling aeronautical hard-to-cut nickel-based superalloy GH4169 as a research object with ceramic tools,and uses the milling parameters in the engineering field as orthogonal experimental analysis data to compare and analyze each group of process parameters.The surface morphology of the workpiece is optimized for cutting process parameters when obtaining the best surface morphology,and is verified by experiments.A mathematical model is established for the lateral texture of the surface of the processed workpiece and the correctness of the model is verified through experiments.This paper provides experimental basis and data support for the cutting and forming technology of the key parts of this material in the aerospace field,and has important engineering guidance significance.
