摘要
采用仿真人工头记录了某主机厂10.5 L大功率柴油机的声音样本,通过分析声音样本的客观参数,建立了声品质主客观评价预测模型,利用建立的预测模型分析了不同工况下柴油机噪声的声品质特性,分析结果显示:1)在柴油机不同方位,响度随着转速和负荷的增加而增加;尖锐度随着转速的增加显著提高,但与柴油机的负荷关系不大;粗糙度的变化与测量的位置有关。2)在柴油机转速为800 r/min、1400 r/min和1900 r/min三种工况下获得的9个代表性样本中,声品质评价随着柴油机的转速和负荷的增加明显降低。3)运用多元线性回归法得到了声品质主观评价模型,平均误差为17.53%。
A set of 10.5L diesel engine’s sound samples are recorded with artificial head,and a sound quality subjective and objective prediction model is established through the analysis of the objective parameters of the sound samples.The noise sound quality of the diesel engine is analyzed with the prediction model at different operating conditions,the results show that:1)in different azimuth around the engine,the loudness increases with the increase of rotational speed and load of engine.The sharpness increases significantly with the increase of rotational speed,and it has no business with engine load.The change of roughness is associated with the position of sound meter.2)When the engine speed is 800,1400 and 1900 r/min,nine representative samples are obtained,and analysis results show that sound quality evaluation obviously decreases with the increase of rotational speed and load of engine.3)multiple linear regression method is used to get the sound quality subjective evaluation model,the average error is about 17.53%.
