稀土和过瘤胃赖氨酸不同组合对奶牛产奶性能与氮排泄的影响 被引量:1

Effects of combination of rare earth and rumen-protected lysineon on lactation performance and nitrogen excretion of dairy cows

摘要 试验旨在研究稀土和过瘤胃赖氨酸不同添加水平组合对奶牛产奶性能与氮排泄的影响。选取80头体重(650±30)kg、胎次2~3胎、产奶量(34.31±2.70)kg、泌乳天数(90±20)d及乳成分相近的荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为10组,每组8头。对照组(C)饲喂基础日粮,试验组补饲不同水平组合的稀土(RE)和过瘤胃赖氨酸(RPLys)。RE的添加水平分别为20.5(L)、23.0(M)、25.5(H)g/(d·头);RPLys的添加水平分别为27.5(L)、30.0(M)、32.5(H)g/(d·头),共组成LL、LM、LH、ML、MM、MH、HL、HM、HH 9个试验组。预试期15 d,正式试验试验期60 d。结果表明:各试验组产奶量均极显著高于C组(P<0.01),其中,HH组提高幅度最大,较C组提高19.57%。HH组乳蛋白率极显著高于C组(P<0.01),MM、HL组显著高于C组(P<0.05)。LL、LM、ML、MM、MH、HL、HM、HH组氮总排泄量极显著低于C组(P<0.01),LH组显著低于C组(P<0.05),其中HH组减少幅度最大,较C组减少21.37%(P<0.01)。HL、HM、HH组氮表观消化率极显著高于C组(P<0.01),LM、LH、ML、MM、MH组显著高于C组(P<0.05)。综合考虑,以HH组,即RE 25.5 g/(d·头)、RPLys 32.5 g/(d·头)为最佳添加组合。 This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of different combinations of RE and RPLys on lactation performance and nitrogen excretion of cows.Eighty Holstein cows with similar body weight(650±30)kg,parity(2~3),milk yield(34.31±2.70)kg,lactation period(90±20)d and milk composition were randomly divided into 10 groups,each with 8 cows.The control group(C)was fed the basic diet,while the experimental group was supplemented with RE and RPLys at different lev⁃els.The addition level of RE is 20.5(L),23.0(M)and 25.5(H)g/(d·head),respectively.The addition levels of RPLys were 27.5(L),30.0(M)and 32.5(H)g/(d·head),divided into 9 groups,composed of LL,LM,LH,ML,MM,MH,HL,HM,HH.The feeding period is 15 days and the formal period is 60 days.The results showed that:In terms of milk yield,all the experimental groups were significantly higher than the C group(P<0.01),among which the HH group showed the greatest improvement,19.57% higher than the control group C.In terms of the milk protein rate,the HH group was signifi⁃cantly higher than the C group(P<0.01),and the MM and HL groups were significantly higher than the C group(P<0.05).In terms of total nitro⁃gen excretion,LL,LM,ML,MM,MH,HL,HM,HH group were significantly lower than C group(P<0.01),LH group was significantly lower than C group(P<0.05),in which HH group was the largest,21.37% lower than C group(P<0.01);in terms of nitrogen apparent digestibility,HL,HM,HH group was significantly higher than C group(P<0.01),LM,LH,ML,MM,MH group was significantly higher than C group(P<0.05).After comprehensive consideration of various indicators,under this test condition,the HH group,RE 25.5 g/(d·head)and RPLys 32.5 g/(d·head)are the best combination.
