地应力主导型煤巷突出防治技术及评价指标研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决桑树坪煤矿无保护层开采条件下由地应力主导的突出危险松软3#煤层煤巷掘进防突难题,提出以卸压为主,兼顾瓦斯抽采的治理措施。在桑树坪煤矿开展水射流扩孔卸压抽采试验,考察结果表明:经水射流扩孔后,抽采钻孔瓦斯流量衰减系数降低了65%~74%,自然瓦斯涌出流量提高了2~3倍,煤层的可抽性得到改善。提出采用扩出煤屑率结合残余瓦斯含量的方法进行防突效果评价,根据煤巷掘进区域赋存条件差异化的特点确定了相应的临界值。该技术和评价指标的结合应用,可有效解决桑树坪煤矿地应力主导型松软突出厚煤层煤巷掘进的防突难题。 In order to solve the problem of outburst prevention in coal roadway excavation in geostress-dominated outburst dangerous soft 3#coal seam,under the condition of mining without protective layer in Sangshuping Coal Mine,pressure relief as the main treatment measure was proposed and gas drainage was also considered.In Sangshuping Coal Mine,the effect of the water jet reaming and pressure relief extraction test were investigated.The results show that after water jet reaming,the gas flow attenuation coefficient of the drilling borehole is reduced by 65%to 74%,the natural gas emission flow is increased 2 to 3 times,and the extractability of the coal seams has been improved.The crushing coal chip rate combined with the residual gas content are proposed for effect evaluation of outburst prevention effect,the corresponding critical value is determined according to the differentiation of the occurrence conditions of the coal roadway excavation area.The combination of the technology and the evaluation index can effectively solve the problem of outburst prevention in coal roadway excavation in geostress-dominated outburst dangerous soft and thick coal seam of Sangshuping Coal Mine.
