摘要
高校在深度推进“课程思政”过程中,存在专业教师对“三全育人”认识不均衡、思想政治理论知识不足及教育科学理论水平不高等问题,症结是对专业教师“课程思政”教学能力缺乏有针对性的培养。“课程思政”教学能力是专业教师承载时代重任的关键特质,其培养应从树立和强化立德树人意识、习得和巩固马克思主义科学思维方法、挖掘和设计专业课程中的育人元素、提升和运用教育科学的理论和技术等方面着手,同时还需要建立完善各类组织评价体系加以支撑。
At present,in the process of promoting“courses for ideological and political education”in colleges and universities,there exist some problems,such as the imbalance of teachers understanding of“Sanquan Education”,the lack of ideological and political theoretical knowledge and the low level of educational theoretical understanding.The crux of the problem is the lack of targeted cultivation of teachers professional ability in“courses for ideological and political education”.The teaching ability of“courses for ideological and political education”is a key characteristic for teachers to bear the important task of the times.Its cultivation should start from the aspects of establishing and strengthening the consciousness of establishing morality and cultivating students,acquiring and consolidating Marxist scientific thinking,excavating and designing ideological elements in professional courses,and promoting and applying the theory and technology of educational science.At the same time,it is also necessary to establish and improve all kinds of organizational evaluation system as supporting mechanisms.
