摘要
目的探讨分析微创肝胆手术患者护理中快速康复外科理念的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月该院肝胆外科收治的微创肝胆手术患者100例,采用随机数字分配法分为参照组和研究组,每组50例。参照组采用常规护理方案,研究组采用快速康复外科护理方案,对比两组患者手术指标、护理满意度及护理前后生活质量评分。结果与参照组比较,研究组患者干预后术后进食恢复时间、肠胃功能复常时间、离床活动时间、平均住院用时均明显更短,护理总满意度明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者干预后生活质量评分比参照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肝胆外科微创手术患者围术期护理中采取快速康复外科护理有助于提高患者的护理疗效与护理满意度,缩短康复进程,并为生活质量的增强奠定了良好基础。
Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients with minimally invasive hepatobiliary surgery.Methods Randomly collect 100 patients with minimally invasive hepatobiliary surgery from June 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital,and divide the patients into a reference group(n=50)and a research group(n=50)by digital random allocation.The operation indexes,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores before and after nursing were compared between the application of conventional nursing program(reference group)and the application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing program(research group).Results Compared with the reference group,after the intervention work was carried out in the study group,the time for postoperative food recovery,gastrointestinal function recovery,bed-off activity time,and average hospitalization time were all shown to be shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the study group after intervention was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups of patients before nursing,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The quality of life score of the patients in the study group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients with minimally invasive surgery of hepatobiliary surgery can help improve the curative effect and nursing satisfaction of patients,shorten the rehabilitation process,and lay a good foundation for enhancing the quality of life.
