摘要
目的:探究电动洗胃机不同管路清洗消毒方法消毒效果。方法:将本院使用过的1台洗胃机作为研究样本,根据时间给予清水清洗消毒(A组)、洗洁精清洁消毒(B组)、多酶清洁消毒(C组),抽取时间分别为:2018年1月~2018年4月(A组)、2018年5月~2018年8月(B组)、2018年9月~2018年12月(C组)。每组各清洁50次后进行保存,在保存后1、3、5d进行肉眼观察和生物学检测。对比三种清洗消毒效果。结果:C组清洗消毒效果最佳,合理率高达98%,而A组合格率最低,B组其次,组间数据对比结果:P<0.05。清洗消毒后1、3、5d随着天数不断增加,三组清洗方式细菌菌群也有所增加,增加程度A组>B组>C组,组间数据对比:P<0.05。结论:使用电动洗胃机管路后,采用多酶稀释液进行清洗消毒十分必要,能够提高消毒效果,有利于操作而且能够有效预防并降低感染率。
Objective:To explore the disinfection effect of different pipeline cleaning and disinfection methods of electric gastric lavage machine.Methods:One gastric lavage machine used in our hospital was taken as a research sample,and clean water disinfection(group A),detergent cleansing disinfection(group B),and multienzyme cleansing disinfection(group C)were given according to time.For:January 2018~April 2018(Group A),May 2018~August 2018(Group B),September 2018~December 2018(Group C).Each group was cleaned 50 times before storage,and visual observation and biological detection were performed 1,3,and 5d after storage.Compare three cleaning and disinfecting effects.Results:The cleaning and disinfection effect of group C was the best,the reasonable rate was as high as 98%,and the combination rate of group A was the lowest,and that of group B was the second.The result of data comparison between groups:P<0.05.After 1,3,and 5 days after cleaning and disinfection,the number of bacteria in the three groups also increased as the number of days increased.Group A>Group B>Group C.Data comparison between groups:P<0.05.Conclusion:After using the pipeline of electric gastric lavage machine,it is necessary to use multi-enzyme diluent for cleaning and disinfection,which can improve the disinfection effect,facilitate the operation and can effectively prevent and reduce the infection rate.
